Why I built this
Small landlords do not have a maintenance problem so much as a coordination problem. The repair itself is usually simple. What eats the evening is the pile of texts, photos, missed calls, and vendor back-and-forth around it — and then having no record of any of it when a deposit dispute or tax season shows up.
Every tool I found tried to sell me a full property-management suite: rent collection, lease signing, screening, accounting. I did not want to run my repairs through software that heavy. So I built FixFlow to do one thing well — take a repair from a tenant's photo to a clean, permanent unit history — and to leave everything else alone.
FixFlow is built and supported by me directly. When you email support, you reach the person who writes the code. If something is broken or missing, tell me and I will fix it.
