Overview
FixFlow is a coordination and recordkeeping tool for rental repairs. It helps landlords receive tenant repair requests, coordinate vendors, track status, and save unit repair history.
Landlord responsibility
FixFlow does not replace landlord legal obligations, emergency response, licensed contractor requirements, insurance requirements, or landlord-tenant law compliance. Landlords are responsible for deciding how to handle repairs, who may enter a unit, and whether a repair requires urgent action outside FixFlow.
No emergency-service guarantee
FixFlow is not an emergency service. Tenants should call emergency services or contact the landlord directly for fire, gas smell, active flooding, electrical danger, or immediate safety risks.
Tenant and vendor links
Tenant and vendor links are intended only for the unit or repair shown in the link. Users should not share links with people who do not need access to that repair. Vendors should use job links only to view assigned work, update status, upload files, and communicate repair details.
Photos, files, and access notes
Users may upload repair photos, invoices, receipts, access notes, and other files. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information. Landlords are responsible for deciding what repair information is appropriate to share with tenants, vendors, insurers, buyers, or other parties.
Acceptable use
Do not use FixFlow to upload unlawful content, harass others, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, or access repair records that do not belong to you.
No legal or property-management advice
FixFlow provides software tools and recordkeeping features. It does not provide legal, tax, insurance, property-management, or construction advice.
