Call emergency services first for
- Fire or smoke
- Gas smell
- Active flooding or major water intrusion
- Electrical danger
- Immediate safety risk
- Any situation where someone may be hurt
Contact the landlord directly for
- No heat during unsafe weather
- Broken exterior lock or security issue
- Sewage backup
- Major leak that cannot be contained
- Anything requiring immediate access or instruction
Use the repair link for
- Routine plumbing, appliance, HVAC, pest, door, lock, or general repair requests
- Photos and notes that help diagnose the issue
- Availability and permission-to-enter details
- Status updates after the request is submitted
